This program focuses on the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of older adults, who have already traveled the path called "Life" and are endowed with valuable experiences. The program provides quality time and attentive listening to those who have paved the way for future generations.
The conditions of inequality of older adults are like other discriminated social groups such as women, people with disabilities, and indigenous people, which is why Ebenezer for the Nations wants to honor them. In the Bible, a lot of importance is given to the elderly. They were responsible for administering justice, acting as judges at the gates of the city, deciding cases that affected family life, and enforcing decisions. We want to perpetuate that value and importance in Ebenezer for the Nations since the honor of the elderly must be threefold:
- welcome them
- assist them
- Evaluate their qualities.
